Demo Builder 8(www.demo-builder.com) is definitively a screencasting software :) Since I'm not a native English speaker, the text-to-speech feature helped me a lot. Also, I was able to publish my demos to YouTube. Before evaluating Camtasia, just have a look over Demo Builder. So much stuff out there and it's crazy what you get for free now...and the "try before you buy" model s a great benefit to consumers...
